With all the crazy weather we’ve had here in the Midwest, we’ve been snowed in a LOT this winter. I’ve already had to miss work at my lovely job several times, but at least I’ve had a little extra time for some knit and crochet work. 😉 I’ve even had time to come up with a some brand new items for my Etsy Shop, hooray!
Would you like a sneak peek of some of my new pieces, before they hit the shop?? I knew you would, hee hee…
I love big, fantastic, statement cowls! They’re just so… effortlessly chic. You pop one over your head, and BAM! You look like a million bucks. And since it fits over your head as well, you can skip grabbing a hat, helping with your I’m-heading-out-into-the frigid-cold-but-don’t-want-to-look-like-Randy-from-A-Christmas-Story routine.
I am SUCH a big fan of Granny Squares right now. I can be a very “ADD” crafter, but as I finish each smaller square, it gives me a real sense of accomplishment and keeps me excited to continue working on the piece till it’s completed. Also, I really loved building with Lego bricks as a kid, maybe there’s something vaguely reminiscent of that, hmm….
That’s all for now, sweeties! To see my full collection of hand-knit, crocheted, and stitched accessories, just click here.
