I think I mentioned before that I have started work on another Granny Square baby blanket, yes? But unlike the Rainbow Granny Square blanket, which incorporated four squares of different hues, this one is a single, continuous square alternating between Green and White every two rows.
I’m using the most scrumptious yarn by Bernat called Pipsqueak. Each ball is quite large, enough for a single color baby blanket in itself. I am actually using what is leftover from another baby blanket I had made for one of my cousins last year. I usually try to be somewhat thrifty in my yarn budget, but it is definitely worth the price for the size you get (…and I did get them on sale 😉 ).
As we already discovered the other day, spring is indeed here, and we all know what that means: Spring Cleaning! Whilst tidying my little stash of patterned fabrics, I was distracted by the lovely rainbow they make, so of course I had to snap a little picture of them. Besides making sense organizationally, keeping things in rainbow order just makes me happy!
What about you? How do you like to keep your crafty supplies organized? 🙂
